Old School Technology

Hello Everyone:

I think summer has finally arrived. It was a warm day and I have a sinus headache. Always happens when the wind shifts direction. I took a couple of Tylenol and I'm waiting for them to work. Fortunately the headache only lasts a day. Anyway, the day was pretty productive for a typical Thursday. Tomorrow should be equally productive. For a change, mom wasn't her usual annoying self. She's still having phone fits that provide me with a few good laughs.  She'll eventually figure it all out. If not, there's always an old school landline.  I know, what's that?  I don't think anyone uses them anymore. I think the Smithsonian has them on display, along with the typewriter. Again, what's that?  Another Smithsonain exhibit. Mom is an older person who's still hooked on old school technology. Typical.  I think mom is still attached to the old school stuff because it's something she understands. Mom is still in the nineties, when the fax machine was the way to send documents. The fax machine is another museum piece. I think the last time I used one of those was, hmm, I don't remember. I prefer email or Google docs for things. Some people are just set in their ways.
