It’s Official

Hello Everyone: It's official. The Brit BF and I are engaged. The moment was perfect. We drove out to the beach, he proposed, and we toasted with sparkling wine. The afternoon at the beach was beautiful. The sun was shimmering on the water, seagulls overhead. I couldn't ask for a better moment. He had this whole speech prepared and even got down on one knee. of course I said yes. I'm just so happy. I can't wait to show off my ring tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner. Yes, that's right. I'm going to a Thanksgiving Day dinner. The first one in who knows how long. A friend of the Brit BF is hosting the meal at his mum's house. We're bringing over some food and a bottle of wine. I'm looking forward to meeting more if his friends. I like the people I've met so far. They seem like good people. I'm so grateful the universe sent me a good man so I won't be alone anymore. I feel like there's more good things coming my way. I just keep doing the work, naming and claiming what I want, and good things will manifest.
