Not Into Dating And Diets

Hello Everyone:

Well, I hoped to finish off a pretty interesting post today but the WiFi connection was not making that task impossible. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I want to talk about something other than impeachment. Yesterday I went to a holiday meal at Sis’s house. I was a little annoyed that I was told dinner at 7:00pm and we didn’t start until after 8pm and didn’t finish until quite late. The food and company were okay. No one too chatty.  At least there was tequila. Mum and Sis mentioned that I should come again next Monday evening for the final holiday meal. Apparently Sis invited this one fairly popular family. The wife half of the couple has written about vegetarianism, relationships, and is an inventor with patents. That last part sounds far more interesting that dating and diets. My thoughts on the last the last two points: This woman has very traditional  thoughts on vegetarianism and relationships. Vegetarianism is contrary to Jewish life and women should take a secondary position to men. Not act too smart. Pretty but not too pretty. Be a good homemaker and don’t question authority. I could be wrong but I’ll consider the invitation. Anyway, tomorrow mum wants me to go with her to eye doctor appointment, if she does go.
