Chill Vibe



Hello Everyone:

I had a really good day.  I woke up a little later, but too later, than I planned because I had a serious headache last night.  It was the kind of headache that made me go lay down on the sofa for what I thought would just be a few minutes but turned into almost three hours.  Nevertheless, I woke up a little better, finished my already cold food (wasn't too bad), cleaned up, and went to bed.  Back to today.  I did manage to get what I wanted to do done.  I sort of had to plan and write it down as I went along.  Normally, I like to map out my day the night before so I have a framework for the next day.  Since I was too tired to do that last night, I took some time during breakfast to map everything out.  Mission accomplished.  One thing I did make a conscious decision to do is get fully dressed--i.e. hair, makeup, and wardrobe.  Normally, when I spend the whole day at home (except for running in the park), I like to go makeup free, wear my track pants, and not bother with my hair.  I decided to different today, just for me.  I was happy and I felt better.  Other elements of self care?  Maybe.  At least I didn't have to get all dressed up to go to sis's house for a "state" function.  Done with that for a while.  Thank goodness.  In fact, the whole day was pretty quiet.  My plan for the whatever is left of the day and evening is more or less the same: enjoy the chill vibe.
