Hello Everyone:
An overall nice and warm weekend. The wind finally died down and it's just been warm. Not too warm, just comfortable. I told mom that I really don't want to go to the wedding. I'm just not in to it. What I actually told her was that it was a perfect waste of a Wednesday. Seriously. I suppose I'll just go with the flow. I have the dress and the shoes; so what the heck. The nicest part of the weekend was an exchange of emails between me and the Brit BF. The whole thing was prompted by an email from the this e-greeting card company saying that the card I sent him hadn't been opened. I emailed the Brit BF and he replied saying he didn't remember receiving it because he's been super busy. We started exchanging friendly emails. It was nice. On my run this morning, I decided that I have no ulterior motive for the casual exchange. My endgame is staying friends, if the romance is rekindled, great. Truth be told, I would like that very much but if it's not in the cards, then do be it. I do miss the daily contact and everything else. I was glad to read that he's got some good prospects for a couple of his projects. If does come to Los Angeles, I would like to see him. I hope that comes to fruition. In the meantime, I just want to keep the communications open.
