Hello Everyone:
I finally completed the meditation basics. Yay. I'm starting to feel better. I found myself getting short tempered this morning; once, during breakfast when the WiFi was slow and again at the grocery store because of the long lines. However, rather than foul my mood, I took a few minutes and literally took some deep breathes. All better. A definite change for the better. Let's hope it continues. I plan to continue the daily meditations. Why shouldn't I? I feel better afterwards. It certainly made Passover more tolerable. For now, today was a good day. I got a new post done without he distraction of noisy children. I don't think even mellow Headspace Andy could tolerate noisy unruly children. Maybe he'd have them meditate for a few minutes to calm down. I obviously have a long way to go before I can be that mellow. Oh well, I just have to keep going and maybe, I'll come close to being that chill. Anyway, I'm ready to crash for the night.
