Hello Everyone:
What an evening of live blogging the RNC Convention. Thank goodness for smartphones. It was the big finale, Donald Trump took the stage to formally accept the nomination. The speech had all the hallmarks of a triumphant candidate, complete with balloons. In other news, mom was being extra irritating today. I think it has to do with the heat. Even the minion was getting annoyed by mom's constant nagging him to get to camp. I kind of understand where she's coming from. She has things to do and doesn't want him hanging around. Not that he's a drag on anyone because he usually sits on the sofa and reads or watches YouTube on her phone. It's just that I don't think she wants to spend the day trying to figure out what to do with him. I've suggested a few things but she just doesn't want or have the energy to go anywhere. Also, the lack of transportation is a factor. Then there's the weather. Right now it's too hot to move. Even I don't feel like going anywhere but I hate to sit around and do nothing all day. Anyway, now I'm ridding myself of convention-ness for the day with House of Cards.
