Fashion Follower

Hello Everyone:

Thursday evening and I am absolutely brain dead. I'm too tired to think about or do anything except watch a movie.  In this case, a documentary on a recently deceased fashion photographer. I'll admit, following fashion is a guilty pleasure. It's more about finding inspiration more than following trends. I'm fascinated by way people put together their outfits. How they mix color, texture, and proportions. Som fashion does not inspire me at all. Usually, I like sleek silhouettes, clean lines, color, and some texture. I like heels, especially ankle boots and gladiator-type shoes. Simple accessories, small delicate, modern jewelry. I don't like a lot of fabric or decoration. Anything too attention doesn't work for me. Something has to really catch my eye, then fit me to keep it. Looking at the photographs is almost like look at a piece of art. The good photographers will really take the time to compose a photograph not just click away. I get more inspired by what real people are wearing more than what celebrities are wearing. They don't live in the real world.  Real people are way more interesting than celebrities. Alright, back to the movie.
