Hello Everyone:
I had a good day in the blogosphere. I posted a nice piece on Jane Jacobs. I wrote it in such a way that made it sound like I was addressing the candidates. It would be nice if someone in the Clinton campaign read it and dropped me a line but that's wishful thinking. In general it was a good day. Mom wasn't to big of pain in the neck. Mom is still giving me a hard time about the Brit BF. I can't help her attitudes. She's at an age where her attitudes are set in stone. I wonder what would happen if I told her I got a job in the United Kingdom? Naturally, she'd think it was because of the Brit BF, not because I actually got a job. Whatever. I don't worry about mom. She is who she is and thinks what she thinks. I can't change that. I can only change the way I deal with her. Humour helps. That and the occasional clever remark. Right now, I have a sinus headache. I've had one all day because of the shift in the wind. This happens every so often. I just take medication and I'm good to go.
