Passover is finally here and now I'm looking forward to 8:06pm April 11 when it officially ends for the year. There is nothing about this holiday I like, but of course you all know this. Mom was pacified this morning with a croissant, butter, jam, and a latte. I opted for a cafe au lait, mini-muffin, and cottage cheese. Got to watch my figure you know. Fortunately, I had my Cadbury fix so I'm doing good. Now, I'm just chilling out before jumping into the shower. Everything is more or less ready. I decided to throw the family a bone and show up for lunch tomorrow so at least I can say I put in an appearance. I still refuse to participate in a Seder but at least I can say I showed up for a meal. I also picked up some daffodils today to make the place a little less dreary. Everyone has been appeased and I get what I want so life goes on. Anyway, I still thing the whole thing is a waste of time because it's just one meal after the other. That's all it really means to me. You can have your whole philosophical, theological, historic conceptions, it's just talk to me.
