Autumn In Los Angeles

Hello Everyone:

It definitely is starting to feel like autumn in Southern California: cool nights, warm days, good weather. It's really a nice time of the year. I always think of autumn as mischivious season.  Just when all the tourists leave, then it gets really nice.  The beaches are less crowded and there's an overall sense of relaxation.  I actually found myself pulling out a sweater for the first time in weeks.  There's an old joke about Southern California's (lack of) seasons: Southern California does have seasons, fire, flood, earthquake, and mudslide.  LOL.  Seriously, if you look close enough you can find autumn, maybe not so much in Los Angeles but if go out of the city or even in some suburban areas, you'll find autumn.  After a summer of unbearably hot weather, I'm so read for cooler temperatures and rain.  The only thing missing is my Brit BF to snuggle up to.  Speaking of guys, I think the part time BF came by the other night, after I went to sleep.  Mom said she heard someone knocking on the door and we both heard the doorbell ring.  That was strange because, he usually calls or texts to let me know he's on his way.  I had to get up in the middle of the night, I usually check my phone for the time and I didn't see the voice mail or text icons on the notification bar.  Very strange.  He's been acting a little weird lately, like sending me this random email that made no sense what-so-ever.  I think I need to really distance myself from him.
