Today's Favorite

Hello Everyone:

The youngest nephew made himself useful today and went on a coffee run.  Actually, mum gave him some money and told him to bring back a couple of frothy drinks and whatever I wanted.  I got a cold brew coffee.  He is now my favorite nephew.  I ended up working at home today, spotty WiFi and all because the Business Center was somehow unavailable.  I thought about going to the Library or the local coffee emporium but it's hot and I didn't feel like packing up my stuff.  This worked out because no really bothered me, except for the nephew who came in to take my drink order.  The cold brew definitely hit the spot.  Otherwise, it's been a pretty chill day.  The grocery store wasn't too crowded so I was in and out pretty quickly.  I plan to avoid it over the upcoming long weekend.  You know how I can't stand crowds.  I have no plans at the moment except to sleep in and just do whatever.  The Center'll closed for at least part of the day, so if I want to do any work it's either go somewhere else or don't do anything.  The museum is slowly closing down for the big and controversial overhaul so there's no free general admission day.  I'm secretly hoping sis and the family'll invite me to the baseball game they're going to on Monday only because I'll have something to do. I used to like baseball when I was a child but I started to get bored with the slow pace of it and got into other things.  Anyway, mum needs my help in the kitchen.
