Middle Of A Long Weekend

Hello Everyone:

Greetings from the Tropics of Blogger-ville. It’s hot and humid, making Blogger-vile feel like Hawai’i, not that I have anything against the 50th state. Anyway. The long weekend has been pretty good so far. Mum didn’t get too much in my way so I was able to get a lot things done around the house. Hopefully tomorrow will be more of the same. I do hope I can do a video chat with the Brit BF. I have heard his lovely voice in a while and I miss seeing his big smile. The Jewish holidays are coming up at the end of the month and plans are being made. One plan that definitely has been made is someone coming to clean the house. Good. I could use the break.  The cleaner usually does an extremely thorough job which means less work for me. I’m kind of hoping he comes a week or so before the start of the Jewish Holidays so I can get my hair done. It’s just about time for a trim. I also need other stuff and after the way I’ve been driving myself to near exhaustion playing nurse maid to mumsy, I could a little bit of a fun afternoon at the mall.  Speaking of tired, I need to get ready for bed.
