Finally The End Of The Weekend

Hello Everyone:

The long hot and humid weekend is just about over.  I’m actually glad to get back to the same old same old tomorrow because I was getting bored. I did have a nice video chat with the Brit BF today. Al aye nice to see and hear him. Makes me miss him less. Otherwise, not much was going on. Sis didn’t end up inviting me to come along to the baseball game. No worries because I have a lunch title but of headache. I just need to eat and go lay down. I start a book I’ve been meaning to read for some time.  It’s by a writer whose work I’m familiar with. He writes about families, their struggles and joys. The stories take place in Central Asia, ie Afghanistan. Mum left me alone for the most part. I was happy about that. I’m so glad she didn’t suggest going anywhere. She’s kind of become a shut because she doesn’t want to use this portable medical device. The device helps her breathe whenever she goes somewhere. Mum being mum is too vain to leave the house with it.  She tried taking it out once and gave up. Now when mum has to go out she leaves the device at home. The result is she’s out breathe when she comes home and has to leash herself to bigger apparatus.  The doctor and I have encouraged her to go out and take the portable device with her but she won’t do it. Fine, that mum’s decision. Pity she’s become a near shut in.  Anyway, it’s dinner time.
