Hello Everyone:
A very nice start to my week. The youngest nephew hung out at my house today. He has another week to go before school starts and really nothing to do. Naturally, he planted himself in his spot on the sofa with mum's phone and didn't move, not even for a toilet break. Seriously. He must have a camel bladder. Unbelievable. At one point he got very cheeky with me and I threatened to pack him off to Eton. Anyway, I just grabbed my things and went off to the blogosphere. I suggested he go for a bike ride but he just looked at me like I was speaking in tongues. Thank goodness he doesn't live with mum and I. Let his parents deal with his lazy behind. Anyway, the Brit BF and I had a lovely chat today about this, that, and the other including whether Eton still paddles naughty students. Don't ask where the idea of Eton came from but let's just say threatening to send to the Marines is old. Tomorrow I get the distinct joy of going to the Dollar Store. I finally got mum to focus on just getting the basics because anything beyond that is just a guessing game. Do they have it or not? I figured the more we can simplify the list the better chance we have of finding the item. Also, I found that going late in the afternoon is less stressful than the morning because I've had a chance to a few things, like fetching the cleaning right now.
