I Need A Dress
Hello Everyone:
This has been a very productive two days. I posted the latest edition of Blogger Candidate Forum and applied for three jobs. Two local museum jobs and a writing job. The writing job is with preservation organization I want. Sometimes it pays to follow the right people in the social media. That's how I found out about this job and another preservation related job in Chicago that was unsure if. This job is in Washington DC but they will make an allowance for working in one of their field offices. Now I'm ready to chill over the long weekend. I just wish I could've slept share it with the Brit BF. He wanted a pause in the relationship and that's what he'll get. Maybe if I get the job, I'll share it with him privately. I think he'll be happy. In the meantime, I still need something to wear to this wedding. I have a lot of good ideas but nothing solid, except the shoes. So I have to build an outfit around that. I can pull it off. The outfit has a few guidelines: no plunging necklines, sleeves past the elbows, hemlines below the knee, and no high slits. A burqa maybe? Not really. Maybe a nun's habit? I'm kidding. I'm not one to put it all out there but I want to show off a little. Every woman there will be dresses a on the frumpy side and I want to look better. Maybe not show up the bride. It's supposed to be her day. I just want to show up the mothers, mom, sis's in-laws, et cetera. So the great dress search goes on
