Hello Everyone:
I spent some time with the family today. It was a lunch time thing and the company was fairly pleasant. We were joined by another family with a pack of children, who were well behaved. A nice change from the usual unruly bunch. Speaking of packs of children, just when I finally thought I was getting my L.A. vibe back, I had to deal with a pack of children monopolizing the sidewalk, blocking my path to sis's house. Not that British children are super well behaved but at least they know better then to take up the entire sidewalk. It's all these little things that make we wish I was back in the UK. Yes, I was there for only two weeks but it made quite an impression. I'm sure that at some point I feel that vibe again but for now, I'd rather be in Britain. What if I get this job with the City? Um, I'd probably take it. No, I'd take it. No probably about it. In the meantime I have that application from London to fill out and who knows what might come out of that.
