Today is going better because I have a couple of really good job prospects, I plan to follow up on an employment agency application, I found a company that makes iPhone 6 cases for a great price. The last one is the cherry on top. I'm really loving my phone. Mom and I got everything straightened out regarding the monthly installments, so we're good. What's not good is my bone headed teenage nephew thinking he and the minion can stay home alone while mom, dad, and teenage niece are away for the weekend. Yes, he's a responsible person (most days) but stay home alone for an entire weekend with his little brother, naw. I don't think his mom and dad are too keen on the idea, if they even are aware of it at all. Oh yes, I don't think sis and BIL know what the boy has planned. Needless to say mom is pretty steamed about it. She was carrying on about it all yesterday evening. WhenI suggested she check with the parents, she told me she hadn't done so. Of course not, talking to sis and/or BIL is way too logical for her. She'd rather take the word of a 15-1/2 year old boy. I'm not calling him a liar, I just think he hasn't pitched the idea to his parents. I really hope this gets all straightened out ASAP because I really don't want to listen to endless choruses of the matter. Somehow I think something got lost in transmission. Regardless, if this is the actual arrangement, I'll have to make some alternate plans for that weekend. A quickie trip to the UK? Anyway, onward and upward.
