Ready For The Interview

Hello Everyone: Tomorrow I have my first interview with the telecom company. I'm interested to hear what they have to say. Right now, a lot places are desparate for workers and are willing to bend over backwards to sign them. The temptation is to ask for the moon and the stars but it's only a first interview so no salary and benefits yet. In other work news, on Thursday I got a recruiter email from an insurance about a benefits coordinator trainee position. I emailed the person back but haven't heard from her. I'll send a follow up email tomorrow. Slowly my hustle is paying off. Speaking of which, the Brit BF is supposed to hear back about his children's show pitch tomorrow. I hope it's good news. Changing the subject, I had a hilarious incident on Saturday. I was invited to someone's house for a meal along with Sis and the family. At the table were the sons of the host and a male friend. The eldest son and his friend are the same age as Nephew #1 and I am not. The friend kept trying to hit on me and went so far as to ask me out. The friend made such a fool of himself that it didn't escape anyone's notice. Pathetic and desparate little boy. The Brit BF and I had a good laugh over it. Some people.
