Dosing Mum

Hello Everyone:

It’s Sunday evening and time to blog. After a few days of some mum-related chaos, quiet. I was able to get what I needed to do done with minimal interference. Thank you carers and Xanax. After some initial hesitation about the anti-anxiety medication, I find it useful for dealing with mum. She usually takes half a tablet which puts her into orbit before crash landing in bed for a few hours before waking up in a more agreeable mood. When she’s out cold, I can get things done while the carer babysit her. Friday was especially nice because mum slept long enough that I could prepare food and clean the kitchen without mum under my feet. I’m thinking that mum should ask her doctor to amp up the strength and renew the prescription.  It’s like this: Some parents dose their children with Benedyrl, I dose my mum with Xanax. Anyway, the Brit BF shared with a potentially lucrative licensing deal with a Portuguese soccer team.  He met the licensing representative at a virtual expo. Apparently this team, based in Lisbon, has been in existence since 1904 and is one of the top teams. Ok, sounds good but what do I know about soccer except what he tells me about it. I’ve never been to Lisbon but I hear it’s one of the hot places to go. Better start learning Portuguese. All good. I hope it all works out for him. Maybe he’ll remember me. Alright, I’m tied and it’s time for bed
