Best Errand Day

Hello Everyone:

I had the best time doing mundane errands in a very long time. One of my absolute favorite stores finally reopened and I reloaded on my favorite facial care products. I was chatting with someone at the store and we both admitted to googling the store and another store like fiends to find out when they would reopen. Some people just don’t understand how important having certain products are. Needless to say I was quite happy to find the store open for business and having a sale.  I also reloaded on some bath products at the local drugstore as well as got everything I needed at the grocery store. As I said, it’s been a while since I enjoyed doing everyday errands. Best part?  No lines or series social distancing myself. The next thing is the park gym finally reopening because I could use a serious workout.  Now I just have a small headache from dealing with technical issues. Another thing high my reopening list, the PLB Business Center with its plentiful free WiFi. Slowly but surely life is coming back online. Now if only the Covidiots don’t ruin it for the rest of us. Anyway, my eldest niece just dropped to pick up some food. My mum has a friend who gets food deliveries from the city twice a week. Between the deliveries and her family providing her with food, she’s has enough so she gives us whatever she doesn’t keep. The problem is mum doesn’t eat any or all of the prepared entrees her friend gets and the few “vegetarian” meals I tried were terrible. Today mum tried to get me to go over and pick up the meals and I finally put my foot down and said no. I explained that it was a complete waste because they sit in the refrigerator or freezer, taking up space. Neither one of us really eats them. My issue was the bland way they taste. Eventually mum backed off and asked my niece to pick up the food that was left for us. Okay, at least someone else will enjoy it. Speaking of food, dinner time.
