Good Start

Hello Everyone:

A good start to the week. Mum surprised me this morning with a slice of French toast. That was really nice of her.  Mum made some for The Minion and I guess, decided to make one for me. The iPad experience is going well. I still haven't quite figured out how to work split screen or add pictures from the web. I'm sure the answer is out there somewhere. No matter, I'm still getting my posts done and that's the important part. The Sometime BF has been texting me today. I think that part of my annoyance with it is the content.  The contents can seem a little childish: complaining about bird poop on his car. Also they come off as whiny and needy.  I miss the adult level conversations and flirting with the Brit BF.  His words are like poetry not adolescent drivel. He can come off like some lovesick puppy. Doesn't the Sometimes BF ever read an actual book?  Anyway, today he texted me about some possible weekend plans. He got invited to a party this weekend and would I be interested in joining him. The thing is, he would stay over so he wouldn't have to drive back and forth. It sounds like a great idea but I don't want spend my entire Saturday entertaining him. I like to sleep late, have a leisurely breakfast, hang out in my pajamas, read, and just chill. The last thing I want to do is scrub up when I don't have to. Mum is cool with him staying over, although we're clueless about where he's going to sleep. Anyway, I hate to cut things short but more later.
