Sugar Rush

Hello Everyone:

A less annoying day with more candy on the side. What is it about Halloween that brings out the sugar addict?  All that good available candy. Then there are the winter holidays. More good candy and baked goods. Good thing I run a lot, watch how and what I eat.  In other news, my contact person from the online magazine never did get back to me about an interview. How unprofessional of her. I don't even know why she contacted me in the first place. If she was serious about meeting, she would've confirmed a time and location not left me dangling. Fortunately, I found other things to do with my time and explore other work opportunities. I did what I needed to do and now it's time to move on. If she contacts me again about an interview, I'll have to think about my response. I'm still interested in the job but I don't if this someone I want to work for. Why would I want to work for someone who leaves people waiting for a response. I get that people are busy and I'm not the most important in her sphere but at least have the courtesy to return an email. Whatever. At least the blogosphere was good to me today. It usually is, that's why I like to spend time there. It's a form of release for me. Whatever stuff is going on, I can get a boost from the blogosphere. I feel better after I'm done. Tomorrow is another day and I'll be up for it.
