Tiring Wednesday

Hello Everyone:

I am tired right now. It was a typical Wednesday, punctuated by a trip to the dollar store. Not my favorite place because everything looks so pawed over and the cashiers are less than helpful. At least when I go to the local small grocery chain, everything looks well organized and the people are helpful. I posted a nice piece on why affordable housing should be a main campaign issue. It isn't but it should because it speaks to a fundamental part of life-shelter. Anyway, I have three weeks to go before I take off for the United Kingdom. I'm looking forward to two weeks of not worrying about anything except where I want go for the day. I told the Brit BF that I want the insider's tour. My sister gave me a London guidebook, which was nice of her. It's got some great ideas about where to go and what to do. I still have a few things to do but it'll get done. I was just watching Usain Bolt run the 200 meter dash. This guy is so incredibly fast. Understatement of the decade. It's like saying Michael Phelps is a really good swimmer. I don't think I can add any more superlatives.  Alright, time for dreamland.
