Thoughts for the first Wednesday in April

Hello Everyone:

So far a pretty chill day, despite the frenzy of Passover preparations.  This is either a good thing or the calm before the storm.  I can decide which is it.  For now, I' ll take it as it comes.  I really can't wait until the cleaning crew comes this Sunday.  It means that, other than laundry and light housekeeping, I don't have to do anything.  Hurray.  I can relax this week.  I don't have to get all bitchy on Friday afternoon into all day Saturday because I spent the better part of the day inhaling cleaning product fumes.  Mom, for the most part, has kept the psychosis at minimum, so far.  There's still next week and the entire eight miserable day holiday.  On top of everything, my French press coffee maker cracked because mom put a candle in a glass in the trash just when I went to dispose of the grounds.  Thanks mom.  I think with that one, I'll replace the coffee pot during the holiday because by the time I buy a new one and bring it home, it'll have to be banished so I'll wait.  In the meantime, I stuck drinking instant.  I so happy that there are three coffee chains within walking distances.  There are also two good coffee places within PLB, yeah.  So I'm set one way or another.  Other than my caffeine addiction needing to be fed daily, I'm just going to have to make the best of Passover, as usual.  I can't really stand any of the food, it so bland.  It's not even food.  It's more like white, beige brown, or gray inedible mush.  Who would want to eat any of that?  Oh well, there's always dessert.  At least the desserts aren't so bad but you can't make meals out of dessert.  The little nephew wouldn't mind making meals out of dessert.  Whatever.  Anyway, while the cleaning crew is over on Sunday, I plan on escaping to parts unknown.  There's a movie showing at the PLB Theater that's caught my attention so I'll catch that. Beyond that, we'll see.  Right now, I have to run another mom-related errand.  Joy.
