Add It To The Pile

Hello Everyone: Another exhausting few days has come to close. Thank goodness. I can't stand being there another second. It's taking every bit of self control to keep from just walking away with no back up plan. That would just be foolish and immature. I can't stand the way management acts like they own me. The issue, this time, is an HR person who wants me to to be the one to give up my free time while the other part timer gets a free pass. The source of this latest complaint is the fact that two people in my department quit. I don't begrudge them moving on to bettee opportunities. I just feel like management is dragging their heels finding replacements. Actually, it's not all management's fault. Some of the blame lies with applicants who ghost interviews or work because they allegedly got a better offer. That's just rude. In the meantime those who are still there have to carry the burden. Add that to my complaints about the job.
