Quiet Mid-Week Like All Others

Hello Everyone: It is a very quiet mid-week,like every other mid-week. I was at the grocery store today and the cashier asked if I had any plans for the day. I had to answer him, other than paying, bringing home, and doing something with my purchases, I have no real plans like everyone else. Hopefully that'll change soon. In the meantime, I just do whatever I need to do and right now that includes figuring out a way to pay for my credential exam. Also, I texted Sis to find out what time they're eating on Saturday. I think I've reached that point where I'm bored enough and miss my nephews that I want to resume going over once a week. Also, I think enough time has passed from all the back and forth over expense sharing. I made my views known and so did they. The less finncial issues involved, the better. Money always has a way of upsetting a relationship. I was hoping for a more substantive and constructive discussion but that wasn't in the cards. Fine, whatever, can't dwell on it. Another thing I need to do is fill out yet more paperwork to access financial benefits I may be entitled to. This means dealing with county social welfare, the very people that rate slightly higher on my list than stepping in poo. I'll just give them as much information as I can about myself so they don't have to bother me for anything else. I may have to talk to someone on the phone but I can handle that as long as those idiots give me advance notice about it. That was the problem the last time I had to deal with them, I got a snail mail letter from them two weeks after the fact and then there was the elder care social worker who was a total stupid be-atch. That shrew with the cheap dye job and bargain basement wardrobe is out my life for good and I'm more in control of my dealings with county social welfare. I cannot wait to get off the public dole. I have no idea why people stay on it forever. Right now I need to eat.
