Ready For Normal

Hello Everyone: I had another quiet weekend without the family. It's nice not have to be somewhere, at a particular time, when I don't have to. Although, I'm thinking that maybe in a another week or two I'll make my return. Nephew #2's birthday us coming up and I don't want to miss it. Also, I'm starting to get slightly bored. I was really proud of myself for paying the rent a day early today. I was finally able to get the whole matter with the rent payment method straightened with no drama and take care of it. I think I ended up with a credit on my account that I'm hoping will be applied to next's month's rent. I won't know until I check next month's statement but if that's the case, then I can use some of it to pay for my teacher credential exam and maybe something nice for myself. I could really use one or two nice basic things to wear and a nice tube of lipstick. The week ahead looks about typical in lockdown land. Even though, the governor lifted some of the restrictions, it's still pretty pointless to go anywhere. All my usual places are either closed or are available on a restricted basis. I recently went cruising through the local farmers market and all the tables and chairs were taken out. The food vendors are only doing takeout. The stores are sort of open but no browsing, just get what you need or pick it up and leave. I'm starting to wonder if I can ever do something like go to the PLB Business Center again? I miss things like browsing in my favorite stores or sitting in the local farmers market. I just wish people would be more reaponsible, then life can be sort of normal again. Anyway, it's time for bed .
