Found What I Want

Hello Everyone: Now I'm absolutely convinced winter has finally arrived. It rained through most of the weekend and early this morning with more rain on the way. I wish PLB Maintenance would finally get off its arse and turn on the heat. At least the rain stopped early enough this morning for me to go out running. Let's hope it doesn't dampen my weekly grocery shopping. Who likes to haul groceries in the rain,even if it's a short distance. Anyway, the job coach emailed a link for a job training program that offers exactly what I'm looking for. It's a program that I check out once before for something else but it didn't have what I was looking for at the time. I contacted them about what looked like a teacher credentialing program, the very same one I'm looking for, to get more information. I am going to do this. My plan is to get my foot in the door with the experience I have in working in two elementary schools and tutoring foreign students during grad school, then work my way over to what I want,teaching history and art history. The long term plan is developing a historic preservation curriculum. It's a very long term goal but for now, I need to get in. Totally doable. Changing the subject, the Brit BF teased about sizzling news on Facebook today. Forget getting a sneak preview, I tried it once before and he wouldn't give it up. I hope it has something to do with this Portuguese soccer team that's mad about him and his friend's sports show on YouTube. He did mention about the Portuguese last during a message thread but not much else. Who knows, maybe once all the travel restrictions are lifted and I've had my COVID vaccine, I fly to the U.K. and hop The Channel to Portugual. It would be nice to get out of town for a little while. Anyway, it's dinner time.
