Outreach Opportunities

Hello Everyone:

Well the world, at least my world, did not suddenly get larger when the restrictions began to ease up Friday. Places are either still closed or only offering limited services. Still no word when the PLB Business Center will reopen but as far as I’m concerned, the sooner the betterThe lone bright spots have been the drugstores.  My life rolls along. I came across a couple good work outreach opportunities, an urban planning and design firm and The Oscar museum. Both are local and of the two, I prefer the urban P&D firm. I’ve been a lot of reporting on how epidemics have led to design and planning innovations. It’s an intriguing subject and one with legs. The local P&D firm may be the place where I can do more thinking on the subject and see it come to life. The other work outreach opportunity is a fun chance to be in the movies without all the messiness of it. I’m sort of dreading Tuesday because The Sub carer will be back. This was the person that drove mum and I to distraction with her apparent inability to retain and comprehend instructions and mixed up mum’s medications. My thoughts are as long as she doesn’t go near the kitchen unsupervised, it should be good anyway, time to sleep
