Positive Pushes
Hello Everyone:
I’m still in radiator hell. Today’s edition featured a section of ripped up carpet covering a dryer and a pile of shoes. The pile of shoes came from my closet because the maintenance people took out the carpet in the closet. The positive is that it gave me the push to get rid of old clothes and shoes that had accumulated inside. The negative is the heat from the de-humidifier and the noise from the machines. Even mum is complaining about it. She’s ready to unplug them and I’m ready to let her but I just want get the whole thing over and done with. I think the carpet will need to be replaced which is fine by me. I’ll let her deal with those arrangements. In other news, I went to the application session today. That went pretty quickly because the website WW used already had most of my information on it so all I had to do was update it. Cool. Then I sat with the career counselor for a resume evaluation. That was a good session. He gave me honest feedback and pointers on how to make it better. All good. I’m so glad I signed on to this program because it’s the first real forward move in the job direction.
