Get Myself Out Of Bed


Hello Everyone:

I did get dessert yesterday. I cracked open a very delicious reduced sugar cherry pie last night. Yay. That was yesterday, today was a pretty good one. One habit I have to really work on breaking is sleeping past the alarm. I have no idea why I started doing that but I do need to make a point of getting up with alarm. I can sleeping in if I don't feel well or went to bed too late but not because it's too cold or dark. You would think with all the apps at my disposal, I could find one that'll help get out of bed faster, right?  That's the problem, too many choices. I think I just need to discipline myself to simply wake when the alarm goes off. I've done it before and am quite capable of doing it so it's a matter of getting back to it. Besides I do have things to do during the day and sleeping in is not a good option anymore. I just end up wasting an hour that I could use for something more productive. I hate that. Anyway, I need get ready to go home for dinner. Always a joy, having dinner with mum. Reading about the president's latest antics is far more amusing than listening to her endless chatter.
