More Radiator

Hello Everyone:

Leaky radiator saga continues.  Someone from maintenance came by today to replace the coils in my radiator but left the de-humidifier. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he left the heat on full blast as a way to speed up the drying process. It hasn’t. It just left my room extra toasty. The only good news is that one window remains open and Mum appears sympathetic to my plight. She even offered to take the couch so I can sleep in her bed. Not going to happen. I ended up on the couch last night. I wasn’t comfortable at all and was tired all day. It’s almost preferable that maintenance just leave a stack of towels so I can use them on the wet spots. In other news, I went with mum to another one of her appointments today. While she was poked and prodded, I posted some pictures I took on my morning run. They came out nice and if you check out the blog, you’ll see them for yourself.  While we were waiting for a ride home, an Uber came to pick up a patient in a wheelchair. The driver was a total a—hole. First, he parks too far from the curb then wouldn’t even help fold the wheelchair. The driver had had the nerve to complain that the chair was too big for his car and drove off without the passengers, in front of witnesses. What an a—hole. Needless to say, the patient immediately complained to Uber. Tomorrow I have an application session appointment and a session with the career counselor. My goal is to edit down my resume to one page, front and back.  I can do that. I also did a little digging and found some good information on job resources. I’m still very committed to art theft recovery. That’s what got me excited about art history in the first place and now I can make it happen. Thank you law enforcement contact.
