Hello Everyone:
Now I can officially say that mum's phone drama is over. She finally got her new phone today and it's happily charging as I write. I called the carrier to get have them stop forwarding her calls to my number. Thank goodness. Mum's bestie called several times this morning because she wanted mum to come with her to an appointment. I was getting really tired of mum borrowing my phone to chat with everyone in the known galaxy. Speaking of phones, the Sometime BF and I chatted today about some upcoming plans. Naturally I didn't tell him about my flirtatious exchange with the Brit BF on Facebook. Why should I? He doesn't to know that. The Sometime BF is impressionable and I don't want to feed his insecurities. I'm sure chats with female friends as well. Anyway, he's making plans for the big meet-his-family weekend. I'm looking forward to it just to get it over and done with. I'm not real big on the concept of family, in case you haven't figured it out but his mum and brothers seem like nice people. Part his plans include a day trip to a nearby seaside town. The idea is to spend a relaxing day. Sounds good but the whole concept of relaxation is alien to me. I can't even unwind on the weekend because I'm so focused on getting away from mum and her endless chatter. The only time I can really relax is either when I'm writing or running in the mornings. The rest of the day I'm one giant knot. Morning meditation helps but then I have to get up. Anyway, I need to sleep.
