Hot And Humid

Hello Everyone:

It is hot. Not only is it hot but it's humid. That combination has made me quite irritable and given me a headache. At least I was able to escape to my workspace for a few hours this afternoon. This time I was quite grateful for the air conditioner. This awful weather can't last forever. I'm just glad the Sometime BF isn't staying over tonight because I do not want to do anything with or to him.  Speaking of which, mum's been quite cool with the two of sleeping in the same bed, even thought we're not married. She even went as far as to suggest that maybe I should get a bigger bed to accommodate us. I'd definitely like that because I could stretch out a little and not be so crammed into a corner. She even admitted that when I was away, she slept in my bed a couple of times because she didn't want to be in her room. Is that weird or what?  Apparently mum likes my bed, even though it's the same length and width as her bed. It seems bigger to her. Okay, whatever.  BF or not, I would gladly welcome a double bed after sleeping on "crib-sized" mattress. Adults should not have to sleep on a twin bed past university. We'll see if she follows through on that. Speaking of sleep, I need to do that now.
