Illogical

Hello Everyone: I had a day off and made thevmost of it. After a bit of late start, I managed to do some housework and buy groceries. I decided to get an early start on the housework because I have to work tomorrow and want to do other, more enjoyable things on Friday. My motivation is less stress and more time to myself. This also explains why I started leaving the house earlier so I can have a few minutes of "me time" before I have to clock in. I found a quiet room where I can just chill and get myself together before facing everyone. It makes me a happier customer service person. The only downside is a way too comfortable sofe in the quiet room. Too hard to peel myself off. I've already encountered a few performance issues that I'm taking steps to correct. One is punctuality, hence the leaving early and the other is my choice of footwear, also corrected. I find the footwear issue a bit odd because I see some of the other associates and a manager wearing the exact same type of shoe I get called out for. Very illogical. Honestly, I don't see why wearing more comfortable shoes is a hinderance to my job performance. Yes, there is a dress code that I make every real effort to abide by but if you're going to pick at every little thing, like whether I'm wearing an all black outift, then I might have a problem. I have a problem when you let other people slide for the same "offenses" and say something to me about it. Totally illogical.
