Done With Working On The Weekend

Hello Everyone: I had to work all weekend, oh joy. Fortunately it wasn't too busy although, for whatever reason, there still people in the store after closing on Saturday. Seriously, don't people have anything else to do on a Saturday evening than shop? Anyway, today was a really good day. I had enough time to do everything I needed to do before work and make it to work with ample "me time" before clocking in. Having to work all weekend convinced me that I have to find work that let's me have my weekends back. I like sleeping in on the weekends and not getting dressed, unless I have to. There's this one city job that would be perfect for me. It's a an assistant curator job at a historic house. It's a part time job but it pays more and, I believe, all the city job benefits. It would be a great career-type job. There's no guarantee I'll get hired but I definitely won't get hired if I don't submit my application. My current job is fine but I have a grander vision for myself. Anyway, I'm super tired and about to fall asleep.
