Keeping Busy

Hello Everyone: A very damp and busy day for me. The busy part had to do with work. I got on a Zoom call with an executive director about a legitimate business opportunity that dropped in my inbox. The business opportunity involves signing people up for membership in a legal service and credit card protection plan. The executive director is a nice outgoing sort of person who has been able to make a lot of money just signing people up to the plan. It looks simple but it does involve some work. Right now, I'm in the middle of watching some training videos on how to get started. It's a lot of information to take in but I have plenty of people I can go to if I have a question. One of the things they suggest is start with friends and family. I'm a little hesitant to do that because I don't want to involve them. I know I shouldn't assume anything about their reactions but it just doesn't feel right. In the middle of the videos and the Zoom calls, I booked a video interview with someone from a local high-end department for Thursday. The job is for a part time customer service representative. So, yes, I've been busy. At least now, I have a reason to get out of bed earlier in the morning. The damp part of the day, it rained. Things are definitely happening and I'm grateful for it. I hate sitting around, doing very little or the same old same old every day. I do like to keep busy so I don't have too much time to dwell on stuff. Mostly, I really love that sense of purpose. I think if I stay with this business opportunity, I could make some good money. I'm just looking to make enough to live comfortably and have a little extra at the end of the month. Anything else is frosting on the cake.
