No Lunch

Hello Everyone: Sometimes the universe does grant your wish when you least expect it. The wish in this case was skipping the weekly lunch. The combination on COVID outbreak at Nephew #2's school and rain gave me enough reason to skip this week. Not that I was ever under any obligation to attend. In fact the last few weeks have been rather nice because there've been other people over so I don't have to metaphorically entertain everyone. Instead of getting dressed and walking over, I slept in and spent the day in my night shirt. Although I started to wonder why Sis didn't bother to ask if I needed any food or anything like that. Not that she's ever asked nor it's like I can't prepare anything myself, it just would've been nice if she asked. Oh well, that's her. Whatever, I don't have the patience to deal with their attitudes. Changing the subject, another good opportunity landed in my inbox. It's an office assistant job at a local synagogue. The job is part time, in-person so I sent off a resume. We'll see if it need my needs. I like the way opportunities are popping. Since it seems that no one really wants to work for whatever reason, I'll take the job so I can service my goals. Simple as that. I have a feeling that by the end of next year, the Brit BF and I will be living together, ridiiclously happy.
