Thursday Appointment

Hello Everyone:

A pretty quiet day for me. Mum has a doctor appointment on Thursday so once again I had to re-arrange my schedule. This meant that I did my grocery shopping today and the chores tomorrow. I still plan on doing the laundry on Thursday. Ever since mum got sick, that’s all I’ve been doing, re-arranging my life to accommodate her schedule. It’s a real pain in the behind but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. I just hope she still plans on going to the appointment. Mum has this unfortunate habit of canceling at the last minute. She doesn’t do it too often, especially if she’s involving someone else. She sometimes makes up reasons like she’s not feeling well or something like that. Either that or the weather. Whatever I just hope she keeps me in the loop. If she chickens out at the last minute, I have what to do. A couple of her friends came over in the early afternoon. A couple of nice ladies, really generous with the compliments. That always makes me suspicious.   Usually means someone’s hiding something or not being truthful. Anyway, after a productive day I’m tired.
