Hello Everyone:
This round of the major Jewish holidays are over. It ended on a happy note with baby love. I went to lunch at someone’s house, met up with mum, sis, BIL, and the minion. Had a lovely lunch—mostly stuck to salads but dessert was coconut sorbet and a 1/4 of a large chocolate chip cookie. That was good. After the meal I went back to sis’s house. The baby was asleep when we arrived but woke up shorty after. My niece was nice enough to give her to me and I loved it. Baby niece didn’t cry with me and I even got her to smile. She’s a little more active and is into grabbing thing, like my necklace. I had to take it off. At one point she grabbed my reasonably clean finger and stuck it in her teething mouth. Love it. Now I get a few days of rest before the final round. I sort of got another meal invitation for the weekend, at sis’s house. Good thing I got a trim and touched up the color. Let’s hope the manicure/pedicure holds up. If not, hope I have time Friday for a fresh round. Mostly, I can’t wait for more baby love.
