Hello Everyone:
I had the best afternoon in a long time. The niece dropped the baby niece off for a few hours while she and her boy-husband went out. We had a good time. She’s an easy baby. I got to change two diaper, give her a bottle, put her down for a nap, and play with her. I even took pictures. I loved every second of it. Mum was around for the assist. Baby niece only cried when she was hungry or uncomfortable. I impressed myself by remembering how to change a diaper. While she slept, I blogged the latest and greatest. All good. I loved holding and playing with her. I hope I get a little more baby time before she has to go back. She’ll be back in February but then so will all the other “family” members who’ll want time and pictures with her. I suppose I’ll have to share her. For a few hours I had a wonderful time. I know everyday with a baby isn’t all sunshine but today that little baby made me happier than I’ve been in a while. Does it mean I want a baby of my own? Maybe I’d like to adopt a baby. One day.
