Phone Madness

Hello Everyone:

I am so tired today. I'm tired from all the mom induced stress. She got a smartphone the other day, her first, and is having fits learning how to use it. Since she can't be bothered to return to mobile phone store and have someone show her the basics. Instead, mom screams at me to tell her what to do over and over again.  It's like I can't through ten minutes without her whining and complaining about her phone. I did have a respite this afternoon but she started up again this evening. Okay, I get it, she's elderly and new things can be difficult to adjust to new things. However, no matter how much I say for the sake of peace in house, talk to someone else, she keeps after me. To wit, I'm sitting in my room, typing this out with the television turned up. On a good note, I did have a productive day in the blogosphere. I posted the weekly primary wrap up.  It was a pretty good post. So I'm tired on that end. At least, for a few hours I didn't have to deal with mom's phone hysteria. I'm so fed up with it, that I told mom to get rid of her phone-no more cellphones for mom. Not leek to happen but I need some quiet.
