Hello Everyone:
I had a nice afternoon today. The Center closed early so rather than than try to find an alternate work area, I decided to head over to the museum for a short visit. Glad I did that because I had a nice time and it was free. One of the local museums has a free day on certain holidays. Since today was Presidents Day, it was free admission. Cool. Something about spending time, communing with art that relaxes me. Especially communing with Japanese art. There's a meditative quality about a Japanese print, scroll or panel painting that out me at ease. Chinese art does it for me too but not quite like Japanese art. I took a bunch of pictures and posted them on my social media feeds. Now I can go back to the writing, assuming the rude person doesn't kick me out or the frizzed hair cow doesn't have a fit over my presumed noise. Besides, I really want to get going on my candidates forum. Basically, it's a presentation of the candidates who want to be President of the United States. Honestly, from the looks of things my choices are either one of the group of adult eight year olds or grow ups. This presidential election cycle is an exercise in exasperation. No one seems to be the right one. At least the candidates forum will help clarify which adult I want to vote for. Since I don't follow sports, politics is it. Presidential elections are like the Super Bowl, the NBA Championships, and the World Series all rolled into one. It's all fun. Ready to go tomorrow.
