Today I was able to follow up on the email I got from the City Planning Department. They included a link to an eligibility for hire background form. Unfortunately, the link wasn't working at all. So after a few phone calls and the inevitable run around, I got through to someone who knew what he was talking about. He gave me a couple of good suggestions that worked. I found the form and sent it off. Yeah. Now I wait for an appointment. Where is that power suit? I wonder if Ann Taylor is still doing their student discount program?
In Blogger news, part two of the candidate forum. Today it was Bernie Sanders's turn. What I discovered is that both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders sound almost alike. One thing is for sure, I have absolutely no intention of voting for Donald Trump. All that bluster maybe fine for grabbing headlines but I've heard nothing of real substance coming out of his mouth. After I'm done with my series, I may have to buy a new laptop. I have to do that anyway but I don't want any traces of political germs. Naw, really I'm having a good time with it. Tomorrow it's back to the same old, same old.
