Let's Hope Everything Is All Better

Hello Everyone:

I'm still sick but getting better. I had a little more energy but I still needed to rest up. I think the universe heard me because the Business Center and Theater were closed for their monthly maintenance. Instead of forcing myself to be coherent I went home and rested for an hour or so before running out to do a couple of errands. Now I ready to collapse again. It's almost the weekend and I plan on sleeping in for most of it. I really hate being sick. I have no energy to do anything constructive. The only useful thing I got done today, besides errands, is I cleared the matter of the missing things from Amazon. They offered to replace one item and refund my money for the other item.  Customer service suggested I re-order the item and request one-day service. Amazon would waive the shipping fee in this case. Cool. I spoke with the mail carrier before and he said that probably someone took it-there have been a rash of mail and package thefts. Again, why would anyone, but me, place value in a book and iPad. I just ordered a supply of contact lenses and I hope I get them. The mail carrier said he should be able to fit into the box. Let's just hope I find them in the box. I'm also concerned that I'll get my iPad cover. I don't want to have to contact Amazon again. Anyway, let's hope this is the last of this matter and that I get all healthy.
