Flirting and Flirting With An Idea

Hello Everyone:

Finally, the WiFi connection at home seems to be working itself out. Once again, a good day in blogger-ville.  I put up an update post on a story I did a month ago and I cracked the 40,000 page view mark. Not bad for a Monday. Even the tropical weather seems to be easing up a little. Mom was really getting on my very last nerve today with her cellphone issues. Mom and the niece traded phone. Mom gave the niece this smartphone she bought in April and took the niece's phone, a nineties relic. Mom was complaining that she couldn't hear the phone and was annoying me to call her to make sure the ringer was on. Mom and technology run parallel courses. Anyway, mom ended up borrowing my supercool iPhone so she could do a troubleshooting call with the carrier. The punchline, mom developed a little crush on my phone but decided she didn't need a smartphone and stayed with her antique. Phew. That's all I need, is mom texting and emailing me 24/7. I'm sure sis and BIL are glad they also dodged that bullet.  In the meantime, the Brit BF and I were flirting and flirting with the idea of setting up mom with this extremely annoying but age appropriate denizen of the PLB Business Center. They chatter so much that it could drive a monk, taking a vow of silence, to yell " shut the @&$! up."  They would probably drive each other up a tree. Fine, as long as it's not me.  I know, I can be so evil at times but that's one of my better qualities. Oh well, all in day's passive aggressive behavior and my day is done.
