Hello Everyone:
The one thing I love about Sunday's is I get to Skype with the Brit BF. Always great to see and speak to him. Today he dropped a hint that he might be back, at least for a visit, at the end of September. He even went as far as to say that we would go see one of my favorite bands when they come in the beginning of October. That would be so amazing. Now I really don't care if I sit in the trees. I hope it comes true. That would just make the evening so perfect. In other news, my oldest nephew turns 16 on Tuesday. This means he'll be old enough to qualify for his driver's license. No one, except him, looking forward to that. I haven't been the car with but according to my niece, the nephew is wreckless. He hasn't taken out any front lawns, living rooms, or knocked over any garbage cans. Thursday is my niece's graduation. I can't believe she's finishing high school and moving out into the world. It seems like only yesterday she was a baby and now she's a young woman. Time does fly. The one big thing I did to get ready for the ceremony was get my hair done. I could've waited a week but I didn't want to go to the salon, fidget in my sit, anxiously check my cellphone clock, rush home to get dressed, wolf down some food, and go. This way, I can relax and take some time getting ready. It's not like I need to do anything special. I just don't want to be rushed, I don't like it. Anyway, mom has already informed me that I take more conservative approach to my attire for the event. This includes no high heels. Well that's out of the question. Mom thinks it would draw too much attention. That's absurd. Sensible heels aren't my thing and flats are good for certain occasions. I haven't figured out what to wear but I already know that hot pants, a bustier, and stilettos are not an option. Like they ever were an option. Whatever, I don't care.
