Hello Everyone:
It is a tropical evening for me. Mother Nature decided to throw some humid weather at Southern California. It's not too bad, in fact, there's a nice breeze blowing right now. I had a good day in the blogosphere and had time to fire off a resume, cover letter and writing sample to a non-profit in New York. I'm not holding my breath on getting past the submission state. I have a little more faith in something coming out of my two new followers than the non-profit. Who knows. I'll just keep sending out resumes and cover letter, hoping something sticks. The Brit BF is being super supportive of my efforts and I, his. He's always giving me great ideas and sometimes it's too much. I know he means well and wants to see succeed but it feels like a lot all at once and I don't where to start. He was like that when we first got together. I had to catch my breath. I love his energy but sometimes he's like a run away bull in a china shop. He can be very impatient but he's not obnoxious. He means well. I love him for it. I know I talk too much about him but he has made quite an impression on me. For now, I'm spending time with the Underwoods this evening.
