Giddy Afternoon

Hello Everyone:

I had a giddy afternoon. First, I got an email from a band I follow announcing dates for their new tour. They'll be in Los Angeles in early autumn and the the cheap seats are actually affordable. I don't care if I have to sit in the trees (it's an outdoor venue), I'm going to see them. I've already got the dates for the ticket pre-sale and show marked on my calendar. Then, the Brit BF told me he doing a radio interview next Friday. So happy for him. He'll try to send me the link so I can listen to the show. It's during the drive time, about 5p.m. Talk about maximum exposure. The cherry on top, the guy who does my hair was available for a cut. Such a great afternoon topped off by a delicious cafe au lait. I'm glad I got the coffee after my hair appointment because I would've been too hyper to sit still.  I'm still pretty excited because I can't write as well. Thank goodness for auto-correct. I'd say a pretty good afternoon, don't you think?  At least for the moment, I was in a good mood. It's nice when that happens and no one swoops in to crap on it.  I'll try to mellow out a little this evening. The dull sinus headache I have right now is sort of keeping me from being hyper. I'll just sleep that off. For now, life just feels good and I hope it continues this way. I'm not holding my breath but it would be nice if more good things finally came my way.
